Sediment transport phenomena and short- and long-term morphological developments of rivers, reservoirs  and lakes are very complex and need multiple and diverse engineering methods and concepts to be  adequately assessed. Based on its widespread practical and theoretical experience in this field, combined with sound analytical  approaches and appropriate 1D, 2D or even 3D numerical modelling of both flow and sediments,  AquaVision Engineering offers vast knowledge and know-how to its clients.  We work on several of the most challenging projects in this field in Switzerland, i.e. the long-term  morphological evolution of the Verbois reservoir at Geneva, or also the future dynamic morphological  equilibrium of the Venoge River following its renaturation.  Also, one of our specialties is numerical prediction of long-term morphological behavior of deltas in lakes.
